Location Data

With your permission, the Beyond Transport mobile app collects precise location information to enable real-time load tracking for dispatchers. This data may be collected even when the app is closed or not actively in use (i.e., running in the background). Location data is used solely for operational purposes. It is not sold and is not shared with third parties, except with service providers that process it on our behalf (such as our cloud hosting providers), when required by law, or with user consent.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described in this Privacy Policy, including with the following categories of recipients:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that host and store the Services and their data
• AI service providers that help us provide and improve platform features
• Payment processors that handle subscription payments

Beyond Transport follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, gathering demographic information, and keeping the Services secure.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram).
