Ask most carriers how many different tools it takes to run their operation and you'll get a longer list than you'd expect: an ELD for tracking, a fuel card, a factoring company, a toll transponder, an accounting package, an IFTA workflow — and that's before you get to dispatch itself. Each one holds a piece of your data, and every piece that lives in a separate portal is one more thing your team has to log into, export, and re-enter somewhere else.
That's the exact problem we've been chipping away at, one integration at a time. And it's worth pausing to mark the milestone: Beyond Transport now connects with 40+ third-party providers — and we add more with almost every release.
Why We Care So Much About Integrations
A TMS is only as useful as the data flowing into it. You can build the smartest dispatch board in the world, but if a dispatcher still has to open a separate ELD portal to see where a truck is, you haven't actually saved them any time — you've just given them one more tab.
So our approach is simple: wherever your operation already generates data, we want to pull it in automatically. GPS and hours of service from your ELD. Fuel purchases from your fuel card. Invoices submitted straight to your factoring company. Toll charges matched back to the right truck. When all of it lands in one place, your team stops being data-entry clerks and gets back to actually moving freight.
What the 40+ Actually Covers
The number is nice, but what matters is the breadth. Here's how those integrations break down across the categories that keep a carrier running:
ELD & telematics
This is our deepest category by far. From the big names like Samsara and Motive to a long list of regional and value providers — GPSTab, Optima ELD, Trust ELD, Extreme ELD, and our most recent addition, Stellar ELD — live GPS positions and driver HOS flow directly onto the dispatch board. No separate login, no manual setup per truck. If your fleet switches ELD vendors, chances are we already support the new one.
Fuel cards
WEX/EFS, Fleet One, MultiService, Relay Payments, and more. Fuel purchases come in automatically and get tied back to the right truck, so fuel spend is part of your numbers instead of a stack of statements you reconcile at month-end.
Factoring companies
The factoring providers our customers use most — Triumph, RTS Financial, OTR Solutions, WinFactor, and others — connect directly, so a completed load's billing package can go straight to your factor without leaving the platform.
Tolls & compliance
PrePass and BestPass keep toll charges matched to the correct truck, while a direct FMCSA connection helps keep your compliance data accurate.
Accounting & the rest
QuickBooks keeps your books in sync, IFTA mileage reporting is built in, and mapping is powered by OpenStreetMap. The tools your back office already relies on, talking to each other.
Every New Integration Is a Chunk of Manual Work Removed
It's easy to see a growing integration list as just a longer logo wall. But each connection we add has a very concrete payoff: it deletes a recurring manual task from someone's day. A new ELD integration means a fleet no longer copies locations by hand. A new fuel card connection means an accountant stops keying in transactions. A new factoring link means a billing clerk stops downloading and re-uploading paperwork.
Multiply that across a busy week and the time savings are real — and so is the drop in errors, because data that moves automatically doesn't get fat-fingered.
We're Not Stopping at 40
Forty is a milestone, not a finish line. We're actively building new integrations based on what our customers actually use, and our goal hasn't changed: a single platform where every part of your operation is connected, current, and automatic. If there's a provider you rely on that you'd like to see on the list, tell us — customer requests are one of the biggest drivers of what we build next.
